    Placing an order by the Customer and its confirmation by the Online Store is treated as concluding a contract between the Customer and the Store

    Placing an order takes place by: creating a customer account, selecting the goods, placing the goods in the basket, selecting the method of payment and transport, paying for the ordered goods and confirming the order. Virtual products (PDF format) are sent directly after paying for the order to the customer's e-mail address provided at the time of ordering.

    In the event of problems with the execution of the order (lack of stock), the Online Store will inform the Customer (e-mail, telephone) about the situation.

    If a part of the order is not possible to fulfill, the Online Store may propose to cancel this part of the order or divide the order into a possible part and a part to be processed at a later time (the delivery will be made in several consecutive shipments, at the Customer's expense).

    In the absence of the ordered product or the inability to complete the order for other reasons, the Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of its conclusion.

    Sending the parcel with the ordered goods will take place after the Online Store receives confirmation of the correct payment.

    In the event of cancellation of the order or its part, if the payment for the ordered goods has been made in advance - the Online Store will refund the amount paid to the Customer within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of sending the declaration of withdrawal from the contract.

    If the payment for the goods ordered by the Customer does not reach the account of the Online Store within one week (7 days) from the date of the order, the Store reserves the right to cancel the order.

    All refunds will be reduced by the transaction costs charged by the PayPal/Visa/Mastercard payment system when paying for the order.

    The Online Store is not responsible:

a. When the Customer does not keep his login and password to the Online Store secret.
b. For issuing the order to persons who came into possession of the above-mentioned Customer data.
c. For delivering the ordered goods to the delivery address incorrectly indicated by the Customer.
d. For delay or lack of delivery, due to circumstances that are not dependent on the Online Store, eg loss of a parcel after sending by a transport company: courier, post.
e. For non-refund of amounts paid or delay in refund, if they are the result of providing by Customer incorrect address data, personal data or wrong bank account number.
f. For providing false personal data by the Customer and for errors in selecting the correct delivery method.
g. For interruptions in the operation of the Online Store, which occurred with technical reasons (inspections, maintenance, inventories in warehouses, etc.) or other reasons beyond its control.
h. For problems with mail servers where Customers have their e-mail addresses and for e-mail removal and blocking by software installed on the computer used by a Customer.
i. For differences between the appearance of the product on the Customer's computer and the appearance of the same product in the Internet Bookshop resulting from individual settings of the Client's computer (color, proportions, etc.).
j. For damage to the goods during transport to the customer.
k. In a situation where the shipment is lost and the chosen method of delivery does not ensure its tracing (the parcel does not have a tracking number on the carrier's website).

    The online store reserves the right to make changes on an ongoing basis: in product prices, rules for all kinds of promotional campaigns and sales.
    The online store does not provide a guarantee for any products sold.
    The customer may cancel the order by contacting the Online Store, if the ordered goods have not yet been shipped from the warehouse.

    We accept the goods back within 7 days of their receipt, provided they have no signs of use or have been damaged in any way.
    The online store refunds the amount due for the returned goods (the price of the goods excluding the delivery costs and fees incurred by the customer) within 14 (fourteen) business days.
    In the event of the Customer's resignation from the execution of the order, the Online Store returns the amount paid less the transaction costs of the PayPal/Visa/Mastercard system
   If the Customer makes the payment for the ordered goods from someone else's bank account, credit card, etc., the Online Store is not obliged to refund the amount directly to the Customer. In this case, the refund will be made directly to the Holder of the bank account, credit or payment card with which the payment was made to the Bookstore. We reserve the right to withdraw from the sales contract if it was concluded during the defective operation of the Online Store (incorrect prices and book descriptions, etc.).
     The contract for the sale of goods is concluded between the Customer and the Online Store owned by Perfekt Solutions, in accordance with British law, in Polish.
     The invoice is the proof of the contract. By placing an order in the Online Store, you confirm the knowledge and acceptance of the regulations.
