We care about your full satisfaction. Our return and refund procedure is fully compliant with the UK Consumer Rights Act.

Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

• You have the right to return your purchased items without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• The cost of return shipping for standard returns (without reason) is covered by the buyer.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items (Complaints)

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at office@perfektsolutions.com with your order number and details/photos of the issue.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. Your refund (including standard initial delivery costs for defective items) will be processed within 14 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
